What does Elisian Design do?
Elisian Design is a graphic and web design studio. We do everything visual:
- Corporate Identity — logo design (or redesign) and other communication media such as business cards, stationary, and promotional material including advertising, presentation folders, flyers, brochures and posters
- Websites — Website design and development using CSS/(X)HTML, web standards, accessibility guidelines, and search engine optimisation
The web design process
Below we describe the web design and development process in particular, however our other design services have a similar process.
Discovery and analysis
The process starts when we hear from you. We are very friendly and approachable and no question or idea is dismissed without consideration.
We learn about your company, figure out the goals of the design project, and planning a set of deliverables.
Proposal
From this discovery, we generate a proposal to address your requirements. If you’re happy with it, we sign an agreement and schedule a timeline for the project.
The important part
You create your content. Content is the meat of your site and should tell your story. What sort of impression do you want to make?
The process begins
We use the information you provide us and design an initial set of mockups that address as many of your requirements as possible.
Feedback and refinement
A predetermined number of rounds where you provide feedback, we make revisions to the initial design mockups, you provide more feedback, we incorporate your feedback, etc. This is repeated until we’re all happy.
Coding and implementation
Once the design is finalised and signed off, we build the website. We use web standards and accessibility guidelines to create a site that is future-ready and easy to update.
Testing and final sign off
After everything is finalised, we conduct testing to make ensure everything works the way it should. Your final review is followed by sign off in writing.
